I've developed this course based on my experience as a black belt Judo master and senior fitness expert, with many years of expertise in joint-care techniques.
Despite being born with a condition that misaligns my femoral heads and puts me at high risk for osteoarthritis, I’ve managed to subdue the pain and maintain an active lifestyle at 54, thanks to my own joint exercises and training methods.
At 54, I’m stronger and fitter than most 20-year-olds (I can perform advanced calisthenics moves like the front lever, back lever, human flag, and muscle-up - feats that challenge even top young athletes) — a testament to the power of persistence and the right training methods.I am living proof that it's never too late to achieve peak physical condition.
